Mini Corn Dog Kabobs

Ingredients
  • 1 14 to 16-ounce package Green Giant™ Corn Veggie Tots, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 12-ounce package mini cocktail franks, cooked according to package directions
  • 6 B&G® Kosher Baby Dill Gherkins, each cut crosswise into 5 pieces
  • 1 8- ounce package Cheddar jack or Colby cheese, cut into 30 cubes
  • 4- inch bamboo skewers
Instructions
  1. Alternately thread Green Giant Corn Veggie Tots, mini hot dogs, pickles then cheese cubs onto skewers.
  2. Serve with ketchup, mustard or barbecue sauce for dipping.
Recipe Notes

Cut cheese cubes into squares about 1-inch by ½-inch squares. Thread them last onto skewers so skewers can ‘stand up’.
