I named this fancy cocktail after my grandaughter Harper Mae, cause it’s a little sweet, a little sassy and oh so pretty. And because Harper’s a covid baby, we would quarantine before visiting her….so fancy cocktails at home happened.
There’s nothing I love more than a great cocktail. During the height of covid, one of the things I missed most was going to a cozy bar and having the bartender make us fun drinks. I even love watching the creation process. I’m definitely a wannabe bartender! With just a few simple ingredients, that you can easily get from Amazon, you too can make fancy cocktails at home like a pro.
This easy recipe uses vodka, Cointreau and lemon juice. The fancy ingredients are lavender extract for flavor, B’lure flower extract to give it that pretty color, and fee foam to make it frothy.
Cheers!
- 4 ounces vodka , my vodka of choice is Belvedere, but you can use whatever you like
- 2 ounces Cointreau
- 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 4 dashes lavender bitters
- 4 dashes fee foam
- few drops B'Lure Flower extract
- lavender or rosemary sprig for garnish
-
Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker.
-
Shake it. Like really shake it, good and hard. You want to get it nice and foamy.
-
Pour into 2 chilled coup glasses and garnish with lavender or rosemary.
