Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Ortega® Fire Roasted Diced Jalapenos or Ortega® Sliced Jalapenos
  • ½ teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Process all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.

  2. Makes about 2/3 cup butter.
