110-ounce package Green Giant® Riced Cauliflower, thawed and drained
2 to 3teaspoonsMrs. Dash® Original Blend
½cupchopped artichoke hearts
1/3cupchopped sundried tomatoes
2tablespoonschopped fresh oregano
2tablespoonscrumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion 4 minutes or until softened and beginning to brown. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Stir in Green Giant® Riced Cauliflower and Mrs. Dash® Original Blend and cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes and cook 2 minutes.
Stir in oregano and top with feta cheese. Garnish with oregano sprigs and sprinkle with additional Mrs. Dash if desired.
