Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 10-ounce package Green Giant® Riced Cauliflower, thawed and drained
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
  • ½ cup chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 cup chopped sundried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion 4 minutes or until softened and beginning to brown. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  2. Stir in Green Giant® Riced Cauliflower and Mrs. Dash® Original Blend and cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes and cook 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in oregano and top with feta cheese. Garnish with oregano sprigs and sprinkle with additional Mrs. Dash if desired.
Recipe Notes

Note:  To make this Vegan or Whole 30 compliant, leave out the Feta.
