These flatbreads are easy to make, versatile and just a little decadent. Caramelizing the onions takes some time, but can always be done ahead of time and held in the refrigerator until needed. This recipe makes 4 flatbreads, perfect for dinner, tailgates or entertaining. It can easily be halved to make only 2 flatbreads.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat and cook onions and salt, stirring occasionally, until caramelized, about 20 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In same skillet, brown ground beef, stirring occasionally. Drain beef.

Brush each naan with about 1 tablespoon steak sauce. Evenly top with ground beef, caramelized onions, bacon, and blue cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

To serve, top with arugula and tomato.
