Ingredients
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese , softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (12-ounce) package Green Giant® Riced Cauliflower & Broccoli or Riced Broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Assorted garnishes for decorating
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine all ingredients except ¼ cup shredded cheddar in shallow 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
  2. Bake 15 minutes; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
  3. Decorate top to look like a graveyard. See suggestions below.
Recipe Notes
  • Bake this dip in a large shallow baking dish to allow for maximum surface area to decorate as a graveyard.
  • Use a food-safe marker to draw on crackers to create “tombstones”.
  • Melba toast or any oval or rectangle shaped cracker will work as a tombstone.
  • To make trees, use green onions, kale, broccoli, broccoli rabe or celery leaves.
  • Use chopped back olives for “dirt”.
  • Used shredded lettuce for “grass”.
  • Let the kids pitch in and let your imagination go. The decorating possibilities are endless.
