Ingredients
  • 1 10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli , thawed and drained
  • 8 ounces cooked ham , chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 packages Pillsbury Grand’s Buttermilk Biscuits
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.  Coat 16 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine green broccoli, ham, cheese, mustard, and mayonnaise.
  3. Separate biscuits and flatten each to about 4-inch diameter.  Line each muffin cup with a biscuit.  Evenly divided broccoli mixture among muffin cups.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until puffed and golden.  If desired, sprinkle with additional cheese and bake 5 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Cool 5 minutes before removing.
