Definitely not your ordinary burger. Inspired by Vietnamese bánh mì sandwiches, these spicy burgers are topped with sour cream and a slightly sweet and sour slaw and served on crusty rolls. The slaw gives these burgers a great crunch when you bite into them.

Combine ground beef, garlic, and chipotle chili powder and salt. Form beef mixture into 4 burgers.

Grill burgers, turning once, about 8 minutes or until desired doneness.

Combine the zucchini, carrot, shallot and cilantro in medium bowl; stir in lime juice and honey and season with salt.

Serve burgers on buns and top with sour cream and slaw. Serve remaining slaw alongside burgers.
For spicier burgers add additional chipotle chili powder.
