All the gooey goodness of s’mores – no fire needed!

Ingredients
  • 1 can Baker's Joy¨ non-stick spray with flour
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter , softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package 11.5 oz chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F. Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Baker's Joy spray.
  2. Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  3. Beat butter with sugars in a large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, then vanilla. Add flour mixture and beat just until combined. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chunks.
  4. Spread batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chunks and marshmallows evenly over batter. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch squares.
