Ingredients
  • 6 ripe Haas avocados halved pitted and smashed
  • 1 large ripe tomato finely chopped
  • 4 to 6 cloves garlic pressed or finely chopped
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon coarse Kosher salt
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients...serve with chips and tequila!
  2. That's it!
Recipe Notes

To easily smash avocados use a large fork or a pastry blender.

Store tightly covered in refrigerator until ready to use.  To help prevent browning, lay a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guac.
