Chicken Parmesan Stromboli

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Don Pepino Pizza Sauce with Basil
  • 12 ounces breaded chicken tenders , cooked according to package directions
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust (not thin crust)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.  On lightly floured surface, unroll pizza crust and roll or stretch to a 12 x 12-inch square.  Spread Pizza Sauce evenly over crust, leaving a 1-1/2 inch border.
  2. Arrange chicken evenly over Sauce then sprinkle with cheeses. Gently roll crust to form a log. Fold in ends and pinch to seal. Arrange on cookie sheet, seam side down. Gently press in sides to form 12 x 4-inch loaf.
  3. Bake 35 minutes or until dough is cooked and golden. Let stand 10 minutes.  Cut stromboli into slices and serve with additional heated Sauce for dipping.
