Goat Cheese with Pesto, Pine Nuts and Sundried Tomatoes

Ingredients
  • 1 8 to 11 oz.package goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon prepared pesto
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped pine nuts
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped sundried tomato
Instructions
  1. Place goat cheese on shallow plate and brush pesto over goat cheese. 


  2. Combine pine nuts and tomatoes and pour over goat cheese. Roll goat cheese in pine nut mixture, pressing mixture into goat cheese until evenly coated.
  3. Serve with New York Style Pita Chips.
