My recipe for Cauliflower Tot Totchos, that I developed for Green Giant, uses only 6 ingredients and is on the table fast! Making it with tots makes it fun and making it with Cauliflower Tots makes a healthier. A kid-friendly dish for sure, this is a perfect dinner for busy weeknights, or serve it up for snacking on game day!
I used ground beef in the recipe but feel free to swap in ground chicken or turkey and add even more of your favorite nacho toppings.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 16-ounce jar ORTEGA® Salsa
- 1 16-ounce package Green Giant™ Cauliflower Veggie Tots, cooked according to package directions
- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup chopped tomato

Preheat oven to 425°F. Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain. Stir in salsa and cook 3 minutes or until heated through.

Arrange cooked Green Giant Cauliflower Veggie Tots in 2-quart baking dish. Top with beef mixture then sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Top with lettuce, tomato and your favorite nacho toppings.
