Looking for a quick, easy and delicious dip for the Holidays? This Cheesy Pesto Dip is so easy to whip up and looks festive too! You’ll only need five ingredients and five minutes to prep to pull this dip together.
Ricotta provides the creamy base, mozzarella gives it that cheesiness that everyone loves and pesto delivers on flavor. I always keep a container of prepared pesto in my fridge. It’s a quick way to add flavor to anything from appetizers to main dishes to sides.
My two favorite brands are Buitoni and Rana, both are available in near the deli section where the fresh pasta is sold. The really are just about as good as homemade pesto. Pesto has an intense flavor, so just be sure not to overdo it.
Whether you’re hosting or need to bring something to a holiday party, this dip is sure to be a winner.
